Don’t rule him out just because he died before the murder of Cary Underwood was discovered. Rule him out because he had nothing to gain from Underwood’s death—in fact, it opened up the possibility that he might lose the cabin and property bequeathed to him by the elder Lance Underwood. No evidence whatsoever points in Miguel’s direction.
